Lesson 46: Allow Grace Into Your Life

My name is John, but I have gone by many, many names. I am the human that you know as John, and I am so much more. I am the many, many humans that have incarnated as me for many, many lifetimes. And I am much more even than that, for I am All That Is. I am the ocean, and I am the drop that is called John.

Dear creators, I wish to speak with you about grace, for a true creator always creates in grace.

You see, as humans you’ve spent so long thinking that you had to push things around in order to create what you wanted. But that’s not how it works at all, dear friends. That creates an illusion of what you thought you wanted, sometimes, but the reality is that every time you push something, sooner or later it pushes back. And so, while you might create something that you want for a time, sooner or later it all blows up. Sooner or later it gets taken away, because for every force there is always an equal and opposite counterforce.

So you go through life pushing on things, doing things, trying so hard to make everything work. You spend your life working at a job, oftentimes a job that you hate, because it’s the only way you can see that you can get the paycheck that you need to pay your bills, to push the other energies around in order to create what you think you want. But always, dear friends, always there is that counterforce, and so you don’t seem to get very far. Or if you do get very far in one direction, your life falls apart in some other place. You work so hard to pay the bills, and you lose your relationship. There are so many different ways it plays out, dear friends.

As you’ve begun to wake up, as you’ve begun to realize that you are a creator, there’s a part of you that has tried so hard to learn what that means so that you can use your creator skills to push things around in life in a bigger way. And oh, what frustration that has created for you, because it doesn’t work that way, dear friends.

Oh, you can focus your mind. You can use your mind to push energies around and sometimes it has a profound effect. Sometimes it’s even more powerful than pushing things around with your physical forces. But the same thing happens, dear friends, because there’s still the counterforce and sooner or later it comes back stronger than ever and you end up right back where you started, if not worse.

You see dear creators, for eons of time the masculine energies have dominated, and all the masculine energy knows is how to push things around. That’s what the masculine energy does. It is the supportive energy. The real creator, dear friends, is the feminine. The feminine creates not by pushing things around, not by doing things, but by allowing. By grace.

It’s a difficult shift for the human to make, dear friends, because whether you are a man or a woman, your primary mode of expression in the world is almost always masculine. There are women among you, and men too, who express more of the feminine energy, but they are comparatively rare. And they are usually laughed at, because they don’t spend their time pushing things around. They don’t spend their time doing things in order to get something.

You see them as lazy, as flighty, as not grounded on Earth. You see them as living in a dream, as living in the clouds somewhere. And sometimes that’s true, because it is a rare human who has learned how to accept the true feminine into their life. And more than that, it is an even rarer human who has learned to allow the integration, the completion, of the feminine and the masculine energies.

Dear friends, we’ve spoken before in this course of how it all started, of how All That Was had a question: Who am I?

That was the feminine, dear friends. All That Was, in that moment, was primarily feminine. The feminine energy is the creator energy, the birthing energy, and when she asked that question, “Who am I?” the masculine energy came into being. The answer came into being, and because she wanted to experience the integration of the two fully, she went into it. You could say she birthed a billion, billion of herself, who went out into the void between the question and answer and have spent eons of time exploring, learning, experiencing, both sides.

When Earth was created the energies had moved to the masculine, and the feminine, to a large degree, had turned within herself. She needed to understand, so for a time she allowed the masculine to dominate. But because the masculine has no sense of grace, because the masculine did not know how to create through the question, huge imbalances were created. All the masculine knew how to do was to push things around, so there came to be a battle, many battles, because for every push there was always a pushback.

At last Earth was created as a place to come to an understanding, to find out how to solve the imbalance, and for much of Earth’s history those battles have been reenacted; the pushing, and the pushing back. There have been a few times when the feminine energy has begun to return, but by then it was such a strange thing. The masculine energy didn’t understand it, and so it was suppressed, pushed away.

And yes dear creators, even in the few rare times when women have been dominant it was still mostly a masculine energy that they were expressing. Oh, they were getting closer, but it was still mostly a masculine energy. Even today, as women are more commonly found in leadership roles—it’s a huge step forward dear friends, but still, most of them are expressing intensely masculine energies. They got to be in those roles by pushing things around, and they’re still experiencing the pushback, the counterforce.

But things are changing, dear friends, and as more and more women come into leadership and allow themselves to shine forth, the feminine energy is beginning to wake up again. The true creator is beginning to come back. People all over the world, both men and women, are beginning to feel the feminine energy once again. The feminine energy is beginning to express itself in humanity. But it’s different, dear friends. It’s different than anything you have ever known on Earth. It is graceful, it does not use force. It does not need to do anything in order to make something else happen.

Dear friends, every one of you—whether you are a man or a woman doesn’t matter, those are human attributes—whether you are a man or a woman, you contain both the masculine and the feminine energy. Feel them. Take a moment and feel those energies.

Now, which one have you been allowing to run your life?

Chances are the real feminine energy has scared you, because that is the energy that would take a walk when what you know you should be doing is working. That is the energy that would smell the flowers when you know you should be accomplishing something. That is the energy that your mind does not understand at all. That is energy that knows that everything is going to be okay, that there’s nothing you have to do. That is the energy that understands that everything comes to you when you allow it.

But oh, that scares you dear friends, because the masculine part of you doesn’t understand. The masculine part of you is so used to the counterforce coming against him that he needs to know what’s next. He needs to know what it is he’s going to have to push against next. The feminine energy doesn’t care what comes next, because she knows it doesn’t matter; because she knows that everything is going to be fine, that she’ll have everything she needs.

But all the masculine energy can see is unknown threats, unknown forces coming at him that he has to fight off, because that’s what he’s been doing for eternity, dear friends. And so he tries once again to suppress this strange feminine energy that seems so naïve, so silly, so useless. And he goes to battle once again. He pushes on his problems. He does battle with them, and for every problem he solves another one pops up. For every success, somewhere else there’s a failure.

Dear friends, dear creators, the masculine energy is tired. You know it, you feel it. He is so tired.

You see, the masculine energy was never meant to be the creator, to be the one to make everything happen. It was an imbalance that happened long, long ago that put him in that place, a place that he was not equipped to deal with effectively. So he did the best he could.

And dear friends, there was no mistake in what happened, because look at the experience it created. Look at wisdom that you have gained through all of these experiences!

But now the time has come. At long last the time has come dear friends, for the feminine energy to take back her rightful place, to be the creator. It is time for the masculine energy to rest. Not to fade away, not to surrender, but to rest; to come back into his rightful place, because he was never meant to be pushing everything around.

You see, the masculine and the feminine are two sides of a whole. The feminine is the question, the masculine is the answer. But the masculine doesn’t need to do anything to be the answer, dear friends. The masculine thought it needed to find the answer, but the real truth is that when the question is asked the answer appears. The answer is just there. It doesn’t need to do anything. The masculine doesn’t need to do anything, except just be.

And therein, dear friends, you might have noticed, is the key to creating. When you ask a question, the answer always appears. When you see a problem, the solution always comes.

“So why don’t I see that in my life?” you ask. “I have so many questions and I have so many problems, why are the answers and the solutions not here?”

Dear friends, it’s because you haven’t let them in.

You see, the masculine energy doesn’t understand that. The masculine energy thinks that it has to go out and find the answers, and find the solutions. It thinks it has to go out and push things around and create the solutions itself by sheer force of will. But in doing so, dear friends, all you do is push away the real solutions and the real answers.

You see, there is a realm in the other dimensions, some call it the “Crystalline Realm.” It is the realm of creation. When you ask a question, when you see a problem, the answer, or the solution, are instantly created in this other realm, and then they begin their journey into your life. It could be an instantaneous journey, dear friends, it absolutely could be. But there is a problem.

You’ve been doing battle for so long that you’ve created a cloud of chaos. There are so many energies fighting with each other, still fighting the battles that you’ve started, that you started so long ago, and it’s all around you. And so this precious new energy of the solution to your problem, or the answer to your question, it has to comes through that field of chaos and battle. And what do you think its chances are?

Imagine a child, a dear, precious child, trying to get to its mother, and in between the child and its mother is a battlefield. A battlefield of energies fighting, shooting at each other, killing each other over and over again, constantly, hundreds of them, thousands of them, and the child has to come through all of that in order to get into your life. What do you suppose its chances are?

Now do you see why it’s so important to let go of the battles your life? They keep your creations from coming, dear friends. All those battles destroy your creations before they can ever get to you, and then you wonder why you can’t seem to create anything you want.

But that’s not all that happens, dear friends. You see, your creations can’t really be destroyed. Energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be transformed. And so, as this new energy comes through this battlefield it becomes distorted. It becomes transformed into something else, and when it finally does get to you it doesn’t feel at all like what you wanted. And it’s full of pain and torment, and often it makes your life even worse than it was before.

So what to do?

The answer, dear friends, is to rediscover the feminine energy within you, to rediscover that childlike part of you that loves to smell the roses, that loves to walk in the garden or in the woods, that abhors battle and knows there is no need for battle, that knows that there is no need to push anything around or to fix anything, or to make anything happen.

As you release the battles, dear friends, your creations can come to you more quickly and more clearly. We call it grace, because they come in the most unexpected of ways. They don’t come in response to what you do.

You see, when it comes to creating there is no cause and effect. That is such a masculine concept, that if you do something it causes that to happen. There’s a sense in which it is true, but only within the dream, dear friends. Only within the 3-D reality of the dream.

The real truth is that the question creates the answer in that instant; the problem creates the solution in the instant you see it. Oh, but then your mind jumps in. That wonderful masculine tool, it jumps in and says, “Oh, I see a problem and I have to do something!”

Your mind says, “If I want to win the lottery I have to go buy a ticket. If I want to pay my bills at the end of the month I have to go to work every day and give most of my life to someone else,” and then you throw all your energy into that.

Every one of them is a battle, dear friends, another battle; a battle with yourself, a battle with everything around you. And then the solution to your need for money has to come through those battles, and it gets distorted. It gets changed, transformed, and by the time it gets into your life it’s just another bill, just another headache you have to deal with.

It’s time to rediscover grace, dear friends. The feminine energy is graceful. The feminine energy is sweet, and kind. Most of all, it is sweet and kind to you. The feminine part of you is the one that wants to hold you, that wants to experience a warm bath, that wants to take the time to feel life.

The feminine energy, the real feminine energy, doesn’t care anything about your problems, or your bills, because she knows that the solutions are there. And she knows that when you stop the battle, the solutions will appear. But you have to trust her.

The masculine part of you has to let go of his fear of the unknown. He has to realize that with the feminine in charge there won’t be any energies coming after him. There won’t be anything that he needs to fight against, and so there is nothing to fear.

It takes a lot of trust, dear friends. It takes a lot of trust in yourself. It takes a lot of grace. It takes a choice to be in grace, to express grace, to be graceful in your life. It goes against everything you’ve ever known is a human, and yet, deep within your heart you know it’s true. You’ve always known it.

That part of you that has always cried out from somewhere deep inside, “There has to be a better way than this!” That part of you knows that there truly is a better way. It is the way of grace; it is the way of the feminine.

And if you are a man, this does not mean giving up your masculine. It does not mean becoming a woman. It means recognizing that the feminine energy is part of you also. It means recognizing that you will be a better man when you allow your own feminine to dominate your life.

Oh, we don’t like that word, because it’s such a masculine word: to “dominate.” But you know what we mean, dear friends.

When you allow yourself to express your own feminine energy, when you allow yourself to step back from the battles in your life, to allow the feminine energy to lead you; whether you are a man or a woman, you will find your life transforming.

As a woman you will find your life blossoming in ways you never imagined, and yet deep inside you always knew were possible. If you are a man, when you allow your feminine energies to lead you, when you allow yourself to stop the battles, you will find that you are a stronger, better, wiser man than you ever thought was possible.
